H1N1 flu mist vaccines are now available at SHS

SHS is only able to give this vaccine to:
People between the ages of 12-24
People 25-49 who work in the health care field or live with an infant less than 6mo.
* We can not administer the vaccine to pregnant women; please see your physician

 


Southern Miss Student Health Services is a multiservice health care provider located on The University of Southern Mississippi campus in Hattiesburg. All students enrolled at any Southern Miss campus are eligible to receive the services we provide by coming to our facility on the Hattiesburg campus. We are accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) and have served the university community for more than 40 years.

Under the direction of Virginia M. Crawford, M.D., our qualified staff includes doctors and registered nurses with a student-focused mission to provide quality, cost-effective comprehensive health care and educational services to the university community.
